We get enquiries all the time from people wanting to participate in our Business Development Program and to give those seekers something to look forward to we have setup this page to provide an overview of the process:

This is the standard process for each and every Teknacool Marketing Agent. Everyone starts with an interview and can grow through the ranks …

  • Interview – Candidates wanting to join Teknacool Marketing will need an interview to determine suitability.
  • Observations – An integral part of the interview process will be the need for all candidates to spend some time in the field with a Qualified Agent, Team Leader or State Manager. This time may vary depending upon each individual. During this time you will be evaluated to determine your sales capacity and your ability to earn while you learn.
  • Initial Field Training – Each candidate will then be required to begin field training with either the State Manager or Team Leader and their first goal is to become a Qualified Agent. This could take up to 6 weeks or more depending upon each individual’s study and work ethic.
  • Qualified Agent – Once you are deemed to be a Qualified Agent you will be then entitled to the benefits bestowed upon Qualified Agents.
  • Team Leader – Qualified Agents wanting to advance into being a Team Leader can apply for the Mastery Training Program whereby they will be provided with the tools to help them develop their skills, knowledge and attitude. Team Leaders will then be entitled to the benefits bestowed upon Team Leaders.

Once Selected You Then Begin Your 6 Step “Earn While You Learn Training Program.” This is usually completed over a period of 6 weeks.

Week 1:  Getting Organised -- Right off the bat you will be trained in the area of being prepared and organised, ensuring you know what is required of you.

Week 2: Setting Goals – As a Teknacool Marketing Agent, as in in life, it is important you learn the power of goal setting. Dreams are great and by setting goals you are a step closer to making your dreams come true.

Week 3:  Understanding the Power of Momentum – It’s not how you start but how you finish. Momentum plays an important role in your success as a Teknacool Marketing Agent – in this chapter you will discover things you never knew you had within you.

Week 4: Self-Discovery – A healthy approach toward sales success is increased by each new candidate’s ability to ask the right questions about themselves and how they can discover more about those around them by learning more about themselves.

Week 5:  Dealing with Stagnation and Complacency. – Have you heard of the saying “Failure is not an option?” I will take this saying further … “Failure is not an option … it is a necessity!” How can you really understand the power of breaking through hurdles and difficulties if you do not experience failure from time to time? In sales we sometimes fail to approach correctly, present with enthusiasm, close with passion and follow the 4 fundamentals of serving prospective clients.

This can cause a negative state to occur what we call stagnation and complacency. This week we show you how to be an overcomer.

Week 6: Understanding the Power of Independence and Qualification – This is the thing! The harvest is always in a different time of the sowing. The last 6 weeks has bee a time of sowing, growing and knowing. The training that has just been completed is the seed bed for all Teknacool Marketing Agents to take away for a lifetime. Their competency qualification will open doors in many other opportunities anywhere they desire to pursue.
