In today’s economic environment -- It is important that people in business use every tool that is available to gain customer loyalty and increase market share.

For Independent Sales Agents there are several tools we can use to ensure we look after the clients we have served on behalf of the companies we represent. One of those tools is to combine our own incredible Personal Service Program with the programs the companies have in position. This principle is known as “going the extra mile” for both the company and their clients.  As Sales Agents we are to serve as wise ambassadors.

Having The Right Personal Service Program Mindset -- Have you ever been to a restaurant or gone shopping and wish you hadn’t gone out that day? Or have you organised a very important meeting only to feel you were being sold? Of Course you have! Having an incredible Personal Service Program begins with having the right mindset  before you even bother to go to work. A wonderful lady whom I respect and admire has revealed one of her secrets to why she can boast of having served so many people and I have gleaned some of her caring ways with my own creative thoughts on how to serve my company and my clients.
